How it works in the practice
From agreement to file: kits at the practice, consent, sample collection, batch dispatch and secure delivery. No identifying data at any step.
Agreement and order
The service agreement sets out the wellness nature of the study, the data-processing agreement (GDPR, art. 28) and the terms. The order form states the number of studies.
Kits at your practice
Buccal swab with preservative fluid, stable at room temperature. Each kit carries a code.
Information and consent
The information sheet explains what the study is and is not, where it is analysed, what happens to the sample and who accesses the data; it includes a specific tick box for the use of AI support tools. Your client signs it and you keep it.
Sample collection
In the practice, five minutes. No blood, no fasting.
Batch dispatch
With the dispatch sheet, which carries codes only. Dispatch instructions and the address are provided when the service is activated.
File and interpretation
We deliver the file through a secure channel, never by email. You interpret it with the Panel Guide and, if your client has agreed, with the support kit.
What never passes through CESGEN
Your client’s name, their consent, their history. Only the code.
